Custom laser engraving guide for the EcoBarista Insulated Coffee Cup

Laser engraving is what turns the EcoBarista Insulated Coffee Cup from a beautiful reusable into a piece of your brand out in the world. On your counter AND in customers’ hands when they're out and about, building your brand day after day with minimal effort. That's what we love.

Laser engraving is what turns the EcoBarista Insulated Coffee Cup from a beautiful reusable into a piece of your brand out in the world. On your counter AND in customers’ hands when they’re out and about, building your brand day after day with minimal effort. That’s what we love.

And it’s why we’ve taken a customisation-first approach when designing this cup and we’ve purposely made it both affordable and simple to make this cup yours. Here’s everything you need to know before uploading your logo.

Why laser engraving is a great option

Laser engraving removes the surface coating to reveal a precise, permanent mark underneath with a crisp, long lasting finish. This means no ink, no peeling and no fading.

Maximum engraving area

Your logo is laser engraved onto the exterior of the cup, within a maximum engraving area of 7cm x 7cm.

Where your logo goes

Here are the options in terms of where you can actually engrave on the cup:

  • Front-centre
The classic choice that’s bold and highly visible when the cup is in hand or sitting on the counter.
  • Side placement
Perfect for longer logos or a more low-key branding approach.
  • Minimal mark
Small engraves for subtle and considered branding.

If your logo is close to maximum size or includes fine detail, we’ll review it and let you know if any tweaks are needed before engraving begins.

What files we need

For the cleanest possible result, we need vector artwork.

Accepted formats

  • PDF
  • EPS
  • SVG

These files allow us to engrave your logo sharply and consistently across every cup.

A few things to note:

  • We can’t engrave screenshots, JPGs, PNGs or photos
  • Single-colour artwork works best
  • Text converted to outlines is ideal

Not sure if your file is right? Upload what you have and our team will check it before proceeding.

Choosing your cup colours

This cup comes in five different colours:

  • Pebble
  • Shadow
  • Olive
  • Papaya
  • Midnight

Cups are sold in cartons of 25. You can choose:

  • Mixed carton: Five of each colour. Perfect for variety on shelf or testing what your customers love.
  • Single-colour: Choose a single colour carton if you know exactly what colour you want.

How to customise your cup

Follow these steps to easily customise your product:

  1. Upload your logo and choose your colours
  2. We review artwork and confirm sizing
  3. You approve a digital proof
  4. Your cups move into engraving
  5. Fast turnaround, ready for your shelves

If anything needs clarification, we’ll be in touch before production starts.

Why this cup changes things

We’ve designed this cup to be everything that our customers wanted from a reusable cup. It’s made by coffee people, for coffee people.

Here’s what to love about it:
